Früher Turkmenischer "Hauptteppich" antik (Dyrnak-Gül), Turkmenistan, frühes 19.Jhd., Wolle geknüpft auf Wolle. Nach Knüpfstruktur (Knoten asymmetrisch rechts offen) und Ornamentik der Güls und Nebenborten könnte es sich wohl hierbei um eine Arbeit der Adler-Gruppe handeln. Early Fine Turkmen "Main Carpet" (Dyrnak-Gul), Turkmenistan, early 19th century, wool/wool, approx. 276 x 168 cm, condition: (traces of age/use), remarkable fine knotting (asymmetric knots open to the right), after the Gul design and knotting structure this carpet is probably made by the eagle-group tribes, high-quality natural dyes, high- quality wool, rare, (Literature comp.: E.Herrmann, Asiatische Teppiche und Textilkunst, Band 1, p.107).
