Pinwheel Kasak antik (Swastika Kasak), Südwestkaukasus, 19.Jhd., Wolle geknüpft auf Wolle. Seltener Pinwheel Kasak mit typischen Muster aus indigoblauen Sonnenrädern und grünen Drachenabstraktionen auf roten Grund. Sehr selten ist hierbei die asymmetrische Haken und Rauten Bordüre mit wechselnden Muster. Rarer Pinweehl Kasak mit hellen Farben. Diese Mustergruppen zählen zu den wichtigsten des Kaukasus. Absolute Rarität, original Abschlüße auf beiden Seiten, ca. 216 x 162 cm, EHZ: (Stellenweise kürzerer Flor, kleine alte Reparaturen, ansonsten guter Originalzustand, fachkundig gereinigt). Pinwheel Kazak Rug (Swastika Kazak), Southwest Caucasus, 19th century, wool/wool, approx. 216 x 162 cm, condition: (partially lower pile, small old repairs, otherwise good, professionally cleaned), rare Pinwheel Kazak with characteristic pattern (indigo-blue Swastika motifs with green dragon abstractions on madder-red ground), unusual asymmetrical hook border, high-quality natural dyes with bright coloration, this type of pattern is one of the most important in the caucasus, original condition with original finishes on both sides, absolutely rare, (Literature comp.: E.Herrmann, Asiatische Teppich und Textilkunst 3, No.17.
