Marianne Brandt received her training at the Bauhaus Dessau in 1923-24 with Laszlo Moholny-Nagy, Wassily Kandinsky and Paul Klee. From 1928 sheheaded the metal workshop at the Bauhaus Dessau and from 1932 she was head of the design department at Ruppel-Werke Gotha for painted metal objects |
